The free daily drinking water was a nice touch that added to the overall convenience of my stay.
Unfortunately, the central air conditioning was quite cold, making it uncomfortable at times, especially when I wanted a warmer room.

The staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay.
Unfortunately, the towels were in terrible condition, really disappointing. The shower gel was only available, making hygiene a struggle. The bathroom lacked basic necessities, adding to my frustration.

The location is perfect for exploring Tainan. you're just a stone's throw away from the train station, which made getting around the city super easy. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, and the comfortable double bed made for a restful night after a long day. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that there was no soap in the bathroom, forcing me to use shower gel for washing my hands.

The location next to Tainan Station made everything super convenient. I loved being able to walk just three minutes to catch trains and explore the city. The cleanliness of the bathroom stood out. it was tidy and spacious. The free daily drinking water was a nice touch and the room was quite large, allowing us to relax after a long day. However, the central air conditioning felt uncomfortably warm at 27.8 degrees Celsius during the summer. Additionally, a late-night fire alarm caused quite a disturbance, with no information available in English. I saw some outdated furnishings in the room, like an old kettle and the linens could have been fresher. Overall, it was a decent stay with good value for the price, but some updates and better temperature control would improve the experience.

would book again
Had a decent night in a spacious Double Room. It had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. Free toiletries were provided. A hairdryer and slippers. I liked the seating area and the wake-up service. Enjoyed the view from the upper floors accessible by elevator. Would recommend it for travelers.

good value, but needs updates
The location is ideal, just a short walk from the train station. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. I appreciated the addition of a coin laundry and vending machines in the lobby, making my stay more convenient. Nearby cafes and restaurants provide good options for meals, adding to the overall experience.
The room lacked natural light, which might not suit everyone.

Staying with my kids was a breeze! The hotel is located just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient for us to explore Tainan. The spacious room and big bathroom provided plenty of space for our family, and the hair dryer and fridge were great perks.
My wife says that mosquito management could use some improvement.

We had a great time at this hotel with my friends! It was super handy being so close to the train station and a few restaurants. The staff was friendly and quick with housekeeping, helping us have an enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend checking out the nearby markets and historical sites.
One downside was that some areas looked a bit worn out, making the experience less appealing. The elevators were also smaller and needed a bit of an update.
